'Build Back Better' Doesn't Mean What You Think It Means

President Biden’s "Build Back Better" slogan sounds awfully benign, and even similar to former President Trump’s "Make America Great Again."

It’s not.

The Trump slogan says let’s return America to its former greatness; Biden says let’s turn it into something different, purportedly better — maybe something like "The Great Reset,” the brainchild of German economist Klaus Schwab.

He founded the Swiss-based World Economic Forum (WEF), which holds its annual meetings in Davos, Switzerland.

It’s Schwab’s dream (and our nightmare) to reimagine capitalism into something that’s altogether different and unrecognizable, where there’s no private ownership of property, where the state controls everything, including the means of production, and where borders are pretty much non-existent. He imagines something akin to … socialism.

Schwab appeared at the 17th G20 Summit in Bali, Indonesia last month, despite the fact that he’s neither an elected world leader nor a significant business figure.

Without surprise, he told government and business leaders that the entire world order needs some fundamental changes.

"If we look at all the challenges, we can speak about the multi crises, economic, political, social, ecological, and institutional crises," Schwab said at the event, ignoring the fact that each crisis he listed was created by government, not businesses.

He continued, "But actually, what we have to confront is a deep systemic and structural restructuring of our world. And this will take some time and the world will look different after we have gone through this transition process."

Almost makes you want to jump up and shout, "Workers of the World Unite!" … or not.

The Great Reset is essentially a rebranding of the globalist New World Order, which also sought to "improve" capitalism for the betterment of society.

And guess what? Schwab arrived in Washington, D.C. Wednesday, according to Greg Price, senior digital strategist at X Strategies LLC.

"SPOTTED," he began: "A friend of mine was at the Waldorf Astoria in DC (formerly the Trump Hotel) and sent me this picture of Klaus Schwab sitting in the lobby."

The sighting prompted an obvious question from Christina Pushaw, the tip of the spear and number-one warrior for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican whose name has been promoted as a possible 2024 presidential frontrunner.

"I wonder what he is doing in DC?" she asked. "Who is he meeting with?"

If the meeting is official, you can count Florida out, according to DeSantis.

"I want to have the values not of Davos imposed on us, but of Destin and of Dunedin (Florida) where I grew up," he said last month. "Things like the World Economic Forum: those policies are dead on arrival in the state of Florida. We are not going to go down that road."

And what of Davos? U.S. Ambassador to Switzerland Scott Miller attended this year’s World Economic Forum annual meeting held May 22-25.

A press release announced that "Ambassador Miller welcomes the opportunity to advance the Biden-Harris Administration’s agenda with world leaders and underscore America’s commitment to building stronger partnerships and promoting economic prosperity."

Sounds ominous to anyone concerned about personal freedom.

Miller led a delegation of three other Biden administration officials: Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry, and Chair of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Export-Import Bank Reta Jo Lewis.

Eight U.S. senators and 11 members of the U.S. House of Representatives also attended.

Getting back to Pushaw’s initial question, "I wonder what [Schwab] is doing in DC?"

It could be any one or all those administration officials and members of Congress.

Or it could be the White House — the president himself.

Since taking office Biden has been following the the Great Reset’s blueprint pretty closely. For example:

  • He’s been using the coronavirus pandemic to make Americans more dependent on government for their survival
  • He’s been doing his level best to destroy the U.S. economy, possibly to make way for something far different
  • He’s been trying (albeit without much success) to wean America off of fossil fuel as an energy source and replace them with renewables.
  • He’s all but eliminated the U.S. borders, and now Democratic Senate leaders are promoting a pathway to citizenship for the border-jumpers
  • He’s been throwing money at other countries so that they can develop their own renewable energy program.

Given all that, maybe the formula for change goes something like this: Build Back Better = The Great Reset = New World Order.

If that’s the game plan, count me in with DeSantis.

I’m not heading down that road either.

I’ve seen how that movie ends. It’s not pretty.
