China is now trying to force American companies operating in the country to install Internet monitoring software on their computers that would allow the Chinese government executive-level access to corporate trade secrets and proprietary financial information. It’s yet another indication of the communist regime’s desire to monitor all information in and out of the country. But this time, the Chinese may have overreached.
