President Donald Trump took a shot at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in a tweet in which he said he's "ready to sign" another stimulus bill to help Americans.

Trump tweeted late Wednesday night:

"Nancy Pelosi couldn't care less about the American People or the great American Worker. She should approve needed STIMULUS now. Most other Dems agree. Republicans are ready to go, I am ready to sign!!!"

Lawmakers on Capitol Hill have yet to come to a bipartisan agreement with the White House on another stimulus bill to help Americans during the coronavirus pandemic. The previous bill in the spring provided $1,200 checks to many Americans and funded programs that provided relief to businesses.

Last week, Trump called for a "Stand Alone Bill for Stimulus Checks ($1,200)." Days later, Pelosi rejected the White House's latest stimulus bill proposal.
