The Atlanta chapter of the NAACP is encouraging people to bring white towels to Monday's college football national championship game — and wave them at any mention of President Donald Trump.
In a Facebook post, the civil rights group said the gesture will simulate a blizzard.
"If you are lucky enough to attend the game, we encourage you to bring a white towel to wave simulating a blizzard while the president is in the packed stadium," the chapter wrote. "Trump supporters mockingly call the opposition snowflakes, but when we come together we create a mighty storm."
Chapter president Richard Rose also said the chapter — which won't hold a demonstration at the Georgia and Alabama game — will be tweeting its displeasure at Trump's expected attendance, USA Today reported.
Trump is set to attend the Monday night game as a guest of Nick Ayers, the chief of staff for Vice President Mike Pence.
