Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal campaigned Tuesday Ken Cuccinelli, for the Virginia GOP gubernatorial candidate, saying that the Nov. 5 election is a referendum on President Barack Obama and his policies.
"This is the most extremely liberal and incompetent administration in our country's modern history, and it's having consequences," the Louisiana governor told Cuccinelli supporters at a campaign office in Prince William County,
Politico reported.

Jindal, chairman of the Republican Governors Association, detailed the scandals that have plagued the Obama administration — Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the Internal Revenue Service targeting of conservative groups, and the Obamacare rollout.
"You've got a clear choice in this election, and Virginia, you can choose to endorse, follow, and double-down on the failed liberal policies coming out of Washington, D.C.," Jindal said. "If you want to strike a blow for freedom and limited government, tell Washington, 'Enough is enough.'
"This election is important for the future of Virginia," Jindal told the crowd of about 150 supporters. "But it's also important for our country."
The Republican Governors Association has put $8 million behind Cuccinelli's run.
Obama is scheduled to campaign with the Democrat contender Terry McAuliffe on Sunday.
"When you see the president coming into town this weekend, you remember, tell your friends . . . this is a referendum on growing or resisting Obamacare," Jindal said.
Jindal labeled McAuliffe as someone who struggles with the truth and should be disqualified from being governor for taking "such extremely liberal positions."
"[McAuliffe] said that Obamacare didn't go far enough," Jindal added.
