HOUSTON (AP) — Employees at City Hall in Houston are safely back at work after being forced to evacuate because of a suspicious package.

Police spokesperson Jodi Silva says the package was discovered outside City Hall about 7:45 a.m. Monday. Parts of the building were asked to leave, the package was destroyed and the incident was over less than an hour later.

It wasn't immediately clear what was in the package. No one was injured.
