The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has decided not to file assault charges against Sean "Diddy" Combs for his physical encounter with a UCLA football coach last week.
Combs 45, was arrested in the incident for allegedly swinging a kettlebell at an assistant coach.
His case has been referred to the City Attorney's Office to decide on charging the rap mogul with a misdemeanor.
Combs reportedly confronted the UCLA coach in his office after he yelled at the mogul's son, Justin Combs, who is a defensive back on the UCLA football team, during practice. Combs had been watching the incident from the sidelines.
