A post on the Twitter account OhHerro said:

Lastort posted a follow-up tweet noting that he means no offense to those who work at the distillery, only its owners.

DeVos revealed her investment in a 2017 financial disclosure form that she submitted after President Donald Trump nominated her for the job. Her investment is worth between $500,001 and $1 million, the filing said.

Thy Parra, the distillery's marketing director, said that DeVos was not one of the distillery's investors. "Mrs. Devos is not one of our investors, although some members of her family are.
