Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., sent a warning to InfoWars conspiracy theorist Alex Jones not to touch him without permission again, or the senator will "take care" of Jones, after being confronted Wednesday.
Jones interrupted Rubio while the senator was taking questions from reporters after a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing on social media.
"I don't know who you are, man," Rubio told Jones. "I don't really go on your website."
"That's why you didn't get elected – you're a snake," Jones responded, according to the Observer. "Marco Rubio the snake. A little frat boy here."
At this point Jones touched Rubio on the shoulder, in an apparent attempt to keep the senator's attention.
"Don't touch me again, man. I'm asking you not to touch me," Rubio said, according to The Daily Caller. "You're not going to get arrested, man. You're not going to get arrested. I'll take care of you myself."
"You are a little gangster thug," Jones said. "The Democrats are raping the Republicans! "The Democrats are raping InfoWars! Poor Rubio!"
Rubio then moved away from the reporters, saying "you guys can talk to this clown."
