Former New Hampshire Gov. John Sununu Thursday called President Barack Obama's foreign policy "an absolute, unmitigated failure" as he declared the president incapable of even running "a lemonade stand."
"If there was a sanity to the silliness, it might be, you know, passable. But it isn't," Sununu said during an appearance on Fox News' Sean Hannity show.
"This is incompetence. Sheer, unmitigated incompetence. This guy cannot manage a lemonade stand. He's got to go."
Referring to the administration's early statements last week blaming the anti-American violence throughout the Middle East on an anti-Islam film, Sununu said, "This administration always wants to blame someone else or something else."
"They have no capacity for understanding that they have failed. And where they have failed dramatically is in foreign policy. This is a president who took that Nobel Prize that was handed to him six weeks or so after he came into office and let it go to his head," Sununu said.
"And his foreign policy was going to be based on the charm of Barack Obama . . . What is happening in the world today is because the foreign policy of Barack Obama is an absolute, unmitigated failure."
