The Weather Channel's Jim Cantore didn’t miss a beat this week when a rowdy college student tried to crash his newscast.
Cantore, who's been hailed as the "rock star of meteorologists," was on location in Charleston, S.C., Tuesday reporting on Winter Storm Leon when a teen ran full speed into the shot.

But with some lightning-quick reflexes, Cantore knees the ambusher, who then changes course and runs away.
"Well, obviously here at the College of Charleston they're already having a good time," the meteorologist says sarcastically.
Twitter users cheered Cantore's defensive tactics.
Cantore's move was reminiscent of Fox News' Mike Tobin, who skillfully pushed away two college kids who tried to kiss him during an April broadcast.
