How Erick Rodriguez Is Using His Success to Thrive in the Amazon FBA Field

Over the years, the e-commerce space has swiftly evolved, eating up the retail world. Entrepreneurs, including small business owners, are gradually embracing the e-commerce space, opening up and expanding their market reach. This has significantly impacted brick-and-mortar stores, which are gradually building their own online spaces.

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a thriving e-commerce business model. It’s relatively easy to set up, and Amazon offers businesses the opportunity to sell to a diverse client base. Conveniently, Amazon helps with the order fulfillment from receiving, picking, and packaging the products and then shipping them to clients.

Erick Rodriguez, an e-commerce mogul, is one of the entrepreneurs making a mark in the space. Erick is a Colombian American e-commerce seller and public speaker with vast experience in the e-commerce sector. Raised in Florida, Erick grew up a passionate, ambitious, and self-motivated child. He discovered his love for the business world at a young age, growing to claim the prestigious position of eagle scout at 13. Since then, he has significantly scaled in the e-commerce space to become one of the top sellers in the FBA field.

Some of his notable career highlights include obtaining an order for over 1282 Walmart stores, and not only running and managing successful FBA business, but building two of them to exit. Currently, Erick resides in Manila, Philippines, where he runs a 300+ person team that launches and maintains his e-commerce business and that of others. He also travels around the world, gracing numerous e-commerce events as the keynote speaker.

The Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida graduate is widely recognized for implementing practical and strategic plans that have seen him grow significantly. Erick is a commercial business executive and advisor with a history of achieving revenue, profit, and growth objectives for businesses ranging from early-stage start-ups to pre-IPO. He has positioned himself within global companies for growth via transformative organic initiatives that optimize product portfolios and propel revenues. In addition, Erick has driven new market entry and delivered a sustainable, technology-driven competitive advantage.

Erick has also refined operating models and uncovered new revenue streams in B2B organizations focusing on developing best-in-class brands and resilient businesses. He is also well-versed in building the teams, infrastructure, and technology required to achieve rapid growth. Erick has designed, filled, and granted numerous copyrights, patents, and trademarks to enhance his trade. These strategies have helped him bootstrap an Amazon business that earns seven figures annually with only two employees.

As a thought leader and early player in the FBA acquisition space, Erick subsequently founded Amz-AllStars in 2019, positioning itself as one of the best at offering eCommerce tailored services across customer experience, brand management, and finance. A forward-looking leader, he has also recruited other leaders from companies like Accenture and Google to create an industry-leading brand. Based in the Philippines, Amz-AllStars has grown into a 300+ person company in just over 2.5 years. The award-winning start-up was also accredited as a Great Place to Work in the Philippines, for the second year.

Erick’s goal is to continue expanding his FBA business and to establish more e-commerce ventures. He is also passionate about empowering other young entrepreneurs to find their way into the field. Erick wants to grace more events and conferences around the world while also expanding his industry network.
