Former New York Rep. Anthony Weiner's sexually explicit Internet exchanges with a woman after his resignation from Congress fit the same pattern as his earlier indiscretions.
The details of the encounters with a 22-year old Indiana woman suggest Weiner continued his longstanding pattern of conduct as late as the summer of 2012, or longer.
According to The New York Times, the Democratic candidate for mayor of New York began an online sexual relationship with a woman who initially contacted him after his resignation to express her disappointment.

Within a week, they were discussing sex and exchanging explicit photographs.
Nik Richie, editor of the blog The Dirty, who documented the exchanges, told The Times that the woman, identified in online profiles as Sydney Elaine Leathers, got in touch with him in April.
Richie says the woman told him that during their months-long relationship, Weiner had discussed his plans to run for mayor, told her he loved her, and discussed the possibility arranging for them to meet in Chicago, according to the Times.
He also asked for photographs of the woman almost every day, Richie said. "He always wanted pictures with heels in them. He loved her heels."
Richie said the woman kept screenshots of their conversations and told the Times he would publish the new information about the relationship in the coming days.
