Firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., has thrown her support behind walkouts and potential strikes by Instacart and Amazon workers who see the coronavirus pandemic as a good time to push for better pay and benefits.

The only problem: With the pandemic, many aged and homebound Americans are more dependent on home delivery than ever before.
