Complicating President Trump’s ambitious Space Force program, analysts say: U.S. dependence on Russia for critical space-launch technology.

When U.S. astronaut Nick Hague barely escaped disaster on Oct. 11 during an aborted launch on a Soyuz mission to the International Space Station, America’s reliance on Russian technology was fully exposed.
