President Donald Trump is entering his historic meeting with Kim Jong Un with an eye to determine whether the North Korea strongman is serious about denuclearizing his country or just blowing smoke, Marc Lotter, a national spokesman for the commander in chief, told Newsmax TV on Monday.

"He's going into this with his eyes wide open," Lotter told "America Talks Live." "We have been led down the primrose path to many times by North Korea."
