US Gives Iran a 'Freebie' at Nuclear Talks

The meeting between Iran and the major world powers on Saturday accomplished very little, despite media reports to the contrary. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu commented that the United States and the other nations at the table had, in fact, handed Iran a “freebie” — more time to pursue development of nuclear weapons without limitations or restrictions.

Iran did agree to meet again next month, but in the meantime, the United States risks further alienating Israel by allowing Iran to come closer to becoming a nuclear power.
