Chang: Trump on Target With NK as Kim Faces Cash Crunch

President Donald Trump is playing his cards right by keeping the pressure on Kim Jong Un for a nuclear disarmament deal, Gordon Chang, a leading expert on Asia, told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.

That is because the North Korean strongman will soon run out of foreign currency which could threaten his power base, Chang told Tuesday "The Brett Winterble Show."
