Report: Manchin Considering Dem Presidential Run

Sen. Joe Manchin, I-W.Va., is considering reregistering as a Democrat and launching a presidential run, CNN reported.

Manchin had previously urged President Joe Biden to "pass the torch to a new generation" before the president abandoned his presidential run late Sunday afternoon. Manchin, who was a member of the Democratic Party until May, endorsed an open process to find a new candidate.
