LIGNET: Sources Reveal Aggressive Efforts by Iranian Scientists to Acquire Secret Nuclear Research

Two well-placed LIGNET sources — both European nuclear physicists — report they frequently receive emails from Iranian scientists seeking to travel to Europe to serve short apprenticeships in nuclear research laboratories.

The requests, say the Europeans, are transparent attempts to gain access to highly sensitive information that could help Iran develop nuclear bombs.

This new information points to a persistent drive by Iran and other rogue nations to develop a nuclear weapons capability, despite their claims of nuclear power for peaceful purposes.
