Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch and Judicial Watch, told Newsmax TV on Thursday the charges to be levied by the Department of Justice against two North Koreans for the Sony Pictures hack are "not enough."
Klayman told "America Talks Live" host John Cardillo he had "a very good point" when he suggested the U.S. should "just hack North Korea back."
"This is strategic," Klayman said. "Perhaps the president himself thought he'd put a little pressure on Kim Jong Un because he's not been agreeable in moving forward on denuclearization, but this isn't going to solve it. It also may be [Attorney General] Jeff Sessions trying to make it look like he's doing something for a change. So, you know I think you're right, this needs to be solved at a much higher level."

He added, "shame on us that we don't have the cyber defense capabilities that we should have. And that's a real problem, and Congress needs to address that and appropriate the money to do it."
