Fred Fleitz to Newsmax TV: Iran-China, -Russia Joint Exercises 'a Sham'

While Iran is talking about joint military training exercises with U.S. rivals China and Russia, former CIA Director Fred Fleitz on Newsmax TV considers them empty threats, because these countries "don't actually like each other."

"I think this is just more troublemaking by the Russians and the Chinese," Fleitz told Monday's "Newsmax Now." "I'm skeptical that this is actually going to take place."
