Daylight saving time begins Sunday at 2 a.m., calling for everyone to "spring forward" one hour.

Turn clocks ahead before going to bed or make it the first thing Sunday morning.

The change gives an extra hour of darkness in the morning but more sunlight in the evening.

Daylight savings time ends Nov. 4.
