A TV Guide profile on "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Chris Pratt rips the star for being a hunter and calls him "problematic."

The story is headlined: "How to Love Chris Pratt Without Hating Yourself." And, according to Fox News, people on social media are calling it a "hit piece."

The TV Guide story, posted last week on the magazine's website, noted his professional accomplishments, but said "some of the shine wears off" when people take a deeper look at “Pratt the man.”

It goes on the describe some of the "problematic aspects of his life offscreen." It recounted how he apparently tried to once give his family's aging cat away.

And the story went on to say: "Adding fuel to this particular fire is the fact that Pratt, an avid hunter who has often spoken about his love of hunting, currently raises lambs on his farm."

The magazine pointed out, Pratt wrote in an Instagram post earlier this year: "They are the happiest lambs on the planet. They are so sweet, and then one day they wake up dead and they're in my freezer."

The TV Guide story noted the Instagram post had "sparked backlash from a number of fans."
