The titans of Big Tech have seized upon sloppy, ill-advised language in one section of a 1996 law to conduct sweeping censorship of social media, an error the Supreme Court now has the opportunity to correct – but will it do so?

The "Section 230" debate regarding the roles, authorities, and regulatory implementation of the law by the Federal Communications Commission has been a hot issue for several years.
