A broke and "desperate" Anthony Weiner has resorted to looking to do "anything" for work, including asking restaurateurs for job leads, the New York Post reported Sunday.

"He’s ‘looking for whatever’s next,'" a source told the paper about a conversation with a friend at Hunt & Fish Club in Times Square.

The politically maligned Weiner asked the friend, per the report, to "think of anything, what I could do for my next step . . . There's not a lot that's necessarily available."

Weiner, the estranged husband of Hillary Clinton campaign aide Huma Abedin, has been embroiled in a sexting scandal, including an alleged one with a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina.

Weiner was also fined $64,956 by the New York City campaign finance board Thursday for misuse of campaign money to pay for his personal phone and $100,000 in other unexplained expenses.
