Russia Sees No Signs Ukraine Is Ready for Cease-Fire

The Kremlin said on Thursday that it has received no signals from Ukraine that it is ready for a cease-fire.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters there were many media reports about cease-fire plans, but that Moscow had not received concrete signals from Kyiv.
