The high school report card for the leader of the Islamic State has emerged and it shows a student with an 80 percent grade average and "good" behavior.
A German media outlet obtained the report card of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The certificate from Samarra High School for Boys has been confirmed as authentic by an official from the school's department of education,
The Washington Post reported.
The certificate was issued under the name Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badri and shows he was born in 1971 in Samarra, a city roughly 80 miles north of Baghdad. He graduated in 1991 at the age of 19 or 20, having failed his final year once.

Of the six subjects he took, his worst score was in English language, for which he earned a 57 percent; 50 percent was the threshold for passing. In math, he scored 98 percent, and 90 percent in geography. The document also shows that he scored 81 percent in Arabic, 80 in economics, and 75 percent in history, according to the Post.
The document also indicates that he planned to go to the Islamic law college at Baghdad University, where he is reported to have later received a doctorate.
The German broadcaster, which has aired a documentary on Baghdadi, also issued other images from sources that could not be immediately verified.
The Post said that, if authentic, the documents and images would offer a rare glimpse into the life of a figure whose identity remains largely unknown, but who is responsible for presiding over mass killings, suicide bombings and beheadings.
Baghdadi first appeared to the world at a mosque in Mosul in July, where he declared the formation of an Islamic caliphate. Before that, only one poor-quality image of him had been made public, according to the Post.
In November, t
here were reports that Baghdadi may have been killed in an airstrike near Fallujah in Iraq, but he continues to be on the top of America's most wanted list of ISIS operatives,
according to CNN.
It's been months since the last intelligence report was issued on his whereabouts, CNN said.
