Often overshadowed by its nuclear program, Iran's terrorism program is well organized, amply financed and a major element of the theocratic regime's foreign policy. It's also significantly undermining the stability of the Middle East and threatening U.S. interests in the region. Unfortunately, it will likely grow in effectiveness while the West is distracted by new President Hassan Rouhani's diplomatic overtures.
