Iran is elbowing its way back into the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, hoping to rejoin the global oil pantheon after reaching an interim agreement with world powers on its nuclear program. Iran is now boasting about its ability to raise domestic crude production levels to heights not seen since 2011.
