A video of President Donald Trump walking across the White House lawn toward a helicopter that purportedly shows "his degenerative neurological disease," has been viewed millions of times despite Twitter labeling it "manipulated media."

ABC News campaign reporter Will Steakin tweeted "Trump was simply walking back to wait for FLOTUS here. This false tweet has over 23K retweets and the deceptively edited video has over 2 million views."

The tweet, which was shared Sunday by a user named Tom Joseph, claimed:

"Trump is lost [and] disoriented here. His mind goes blank and he doesn't remember what he's supposed to do next. He's deep into his degenerative neurological disease — Frontotemporal dementia — mindlessly lumbering and zigzagging in the grass towards a puddle."

Twitter recently removed one of Trump's own tweets after musician Eddy Grant filed a copyright complaint over his song "Electric Avenue," which was used in a video Trump tweeted without his permission. Grant also filed a lawsuit against Trump and his campaign for using the song after issuing a cease-and-desist letter about two weeks ago.
