Eric and Donald Trump Jr. hate their roles as first sons and can't wait for their father's four-year term in the White House to be over, People reports.
"Eric and Don, they never wanted this," a friend of the Trump brothers told the magazine.
"Don can't do any deals, because he'll be overly scrutinized," another source close to the Trump family said to People. "He just goes to work every day and is miserable. You can't bite the hand that feeds you, but he [Trump Jr.] can't wait for these four years to be over."
Trump Jr. is now under investigation for his meeting last summer with Russian operatives who claimed to have dirt on Hillary Clinton.
But no matter how that shakes out, Trump Jr. will remain loyal to his father.
"The loyalty within this family is insane. They would never speak against their dad," a family friend told People.
