Donald Trump's modest childhood home is up for sale — but you've got to be a millionaire to buy it.
The asking price for the onetime New York City residence of the newly-anointed Republican presidential nominee is a whopping $1.65 million. That's some $400,000 more than leading real-estate website Zillow estimates its worth.
Most homes in the neighborhood appear to sell for less than $1 million.
MarketWatch reports the 2,000 square-foot, brick-and-stucco home — located in the leafy community of Jamaica Estates — has six bedrooms and four baths. It also has a screened-in patio and a separate garage.
The Tudor Revival-style house was built in 1940 and is located just under an hour from midtown Manhattan, where Trump's luxurious condo residence in Trump Tower stands.
The home is being offered by a private seller through
Douglas Elliman Real Estate which trumpets: "This property is the birthplace of presidential candidate Donald Trump."
Annual taxes on the property are $7,525.
