Xfinity driver Kyle Weatherman sported a pro-police themed car this weekend during a NASCAR race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Just days after NASCAR’S only black driver Bubba Wallace raced with a Black Lives Matter designed car, Weatherman sported his “Thin Blue Line” inspired No. 47 Chevrolet at Sunday's NASCAR Xfinity race.

His car was decked out with a “Blue Lives Matter” flag across the hood and #BackTheBlue along the rear panels and back bumper.

The Black Lives Matter movement shows support for racial justice and calls for an end to police brutality. The Blue Lives Matter movement shows support for law enforcement officers.

“RACEDAY here in Miami have something special on the car this weekend,' Weatherman tweeted before the race. “A lot going on in the world right now and I wanted to express that most first responders are good people. My uncle is a firefighter and he would do anything to help save lives. please repost LOVE everyone.”

Weatherman also responded to a fan on Twitter saying he supports the “black men and women of this country and also support all first responders also. LOVE EVERYONE.”

Mike Harmon, who heads up Mike Harmon Racing, Weatherman's team, told CNN the team received hundreds of emails from families of officers killed in the line of duty who appreciated the car’s design.

"As far as this week's paint theme, there's thousands upon thousands of police officers in this country that serve us very well and they do not deserve to be disrespected and not be appreciated," Harmon said in a statement to CNN. "We at MHR want to send the message (that the deaths of police officers killed in the line of duty) wasn't in vain and that they're not forgotten and very much appreciated."
