A Florida man reportedly has won a name change to Bruce Jenner, a switch to ensure the decathlete gold medalist's name returns "to its heterosexual roots."

Jose Lambiet's "Gossip Extra" column reports Mark Behar, a private security specialist and celebrity bodyguard, petitioned the Palm Beach County Circuit Court for the name-change in January, and has been approved.

"I think keeping the name Bruce Jenner alive and well is a big story," he commented afterward, Gossip Extra reports.

But it was the sex change and lifestyle that really irked the "macho" bodyguard and prompted the switch, according to his publicist.

"Mark is now legally Bruce so the famous Bruce Jenner name will return to its heterosexual roots, where our client believes it belongs instead of hanging around out with the likes of the Kardashians and getting into car accidents as Caitlyn," Tom Madden tells the website.
