Exploding Brain Implant Kills Off Obama in 'Kingsman' Film

"Kingsman: The Secret Service" is the first Hollywood film to show President Barack Obama getting killed.

The film culminates in exploding brain implants after they are triggered by the Kingsman's villain Valentine, played by Samuel L. Jackson, who has decided to take the problem of overpopulation into his own hands, The Daily Beast reported.

In "Kingsman," even the president of the United States is a target. In this case, Obama is shown from the back of his head before the explosion, which reportedly takes place in dramatic fashion, reminiscent of the assassination of Kim Jong-un in "The Interview."

Director Matthew Vaughn said that he wanted to include the president in the movie's climax because "there's no other symbol about a global power than the White House.

"If I used 10 Downing Street, most people would go, 'what's that little black door? Where is that? Who is that?'" Vaughn said in an interview with IGN

"So I needed to show that Valentine was [powerful]," he said

"When you hear Valentine saying, 'politicians are s***,' you pull back and go, 'Oh, f***! He's in the White House! This guy's powerful,'" he said.

"I actually love America," the British director added. "The only thing I was poking fun at is British people are always cast as the villains. So I thought, 'I want to see an American villain for once.' So that's the only reference. The White House and Obama-ish president."
