Florida prosecutors dropped criminal charges against a man talking about killing President Donald Trump because it was "more of a rant by an idiot" than an intent attacker, according a prosecutor's memo, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported.

"He killed my leader and I have to kill him," Oakland Park, Florida, security guard Chauncy Lump, 26, reportedly said in a Facebook Live post, dressing as an Arab. "I'm ready for Donald.

"I need to find the Donald because if I don't find him, I'm going to have to blow up Broward County so please tell me where he is," Lump reportedly added.

Documents claim Lump played Middle Eastern music and wrapped himself in a towel and a shower curtain during the skit, which featured him breaking out in laughter four times over the 7-minute, 10-second video.

The U.S. Attorney's Office decided to drop the case because it was "more of a rant by an idiot," than a man "intent to actually carry out" the attack, according to Assistant State Attorney Ted Daus.

"Based on the U.S. Attorney's office further investigation and determination that the case was not worthy of pursing and my conversation with the BSO detective, this case will be declined," Daus wrote, per the report.
