New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, announced Saturday the state will pass out seven million cloth masks to people in nursing homes, public housing and other vulnerable populations.
In April, the state has already distributed 1.5 million of the cloth masks it got from the federal government.
Cuomo also tweeted out:
"Today we are releasing additional preliminary results from our statewide antibody survey. The survey shows that 12.3% of the state population is positive for COVID-19 antibodies, from an expanded sample size of 15,000. (Results are weighted.)
NYC overall: 19.9% positive for antibodies.
Bronx: 27.6%
Brooklyn: 19.2%
Manhattan: 17.3%
Queens: 18.4%
Staten Island: 19.2%

Cuomo also said 299 residents have died over the oast 24 hours due to coronavirus, which is higher than the 289 deaths reported Friday.
As of Saturday afternoon, New York state has 308,314 confirmed coronavirus cases, including 18,909 deaths.
