Alan Dershowitz to Newsmax TV: Congress Breaking the Law

While it is true the president is not above the law, Congress surely is not either, according to legal expert Alan Dershowitz on Newsmax TV.

"Congress is actually breaking the law," Dershowitz told Tuesday's "Newsmax Now." "They are violating the Constitution if they vote to impeachment him without finding one of the four elements that the Constitution requires.
