New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie may have failed in his bid to be the next president, but he was just as happy as any other Bruce Springsteen fan at a concert Monday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Christie was all over Twitter in photos and videos dancing and singing along in a white shirt and tie, but sans jacket. Christie appeared to have good seats, but was right in the sea of humanity with everyone else, and not in a skybox.

The Washington Post described it as a "religious experience," posting photos of Christie, eyes closed, and swaying with the music.

Christie is a noted Springsteen fan and has seen him in concert more than 100 times, though he suffered some embarrassment when his musical hero appeared on "The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon" to mock Christie's Bridge-gate scandal.

He appeared Monday to be over any hurt feelings, and even sang "Purple Rain" with another concertgoer during Springsteen's Prince tribute.
