President Barack Obama has agreed to sit down with Chris Wallace for an interview that will air April 10 on "Fox News Sunday."
According to the network, it will be Obama's first appearance on this particular Sunday show during his presidency. Wallace first began hosting the program in 2003, and it airs at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. ET every Sunday.
Wallace conducted interviews with Obama in 2009 and 2013 for other Fox shows, and in 2008 he interviewed then Senator Obama ahead of the presidential election for "Fox News Sunday."
Wallace will sit down with Obama Thursday at the University of Chicago after the president speaks about
Merrick Garland, his nominee to the Supreme Court. Wallace said the interview will cover Garland, Obama's presidency, his legacy, and the current race for president.
"Fox News Sunday" first went on the air April 28, 1996.
