Ousted White House communications director Anthony Scaramuccci appears ready to launch his own news outlet.
In a video posted by TMZ, Scaramucci is seen wearing a blue T-shirt with the words: "The Scaramucci Post" printed in yellow on the front.
"I think it's now time to tell you what we're doing and why," he said. "'The Scaramucci Post' is going to be the center lane in a two-lane highway," he said. "'The Scaramucci Post' is going to be about moderation. 'The Scaramucci Post' is going to be about what is right and wrong in this society as opposed to what is left or right.
"But what 'The Scaramucci Post' is ultimately going to be is a world class experience and we look forward to sharing more of this with you next week…"
Scaramucci has scheduled a launch party at a New York City restaurant on Oct. 2.
He said the Post's tag line will be "Everything in moderation, including moderation."
The Post already has its own Twitter account with more than 18,000 followers.
Scaramucci was fired less than two weeks after being named as communications director, ABC News reported. Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer resigned on the same day Scaramucci was appointed.
