What's Good for the Goose Is Good for Schiff
Chairman of House Intelligence Committee Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) (2nd-R) speaks during a news conference at the U.S. Capitol December 10, 2019, in Washington, D.C. (Alex Wong/Getty Images.

To paraphrase H. L. Menken, President Trump knows what Cong. Adam Schiff wants and he’s preparing to give it to him good and hard. Goggle-eyed Adam Schiff is the politician who has been trying to nullify the 2016 election almost from the time President Trump took the oath of office.

First it was the Russia Collusion Delusion where the bargain-basement McCarthyist repeatedly promised voters that he had seen with his own bug eyes conclusive proof that Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election.

When that proved to be as illusory as his credibility, Schiff moved on to his next Potemkin Crisis. This time it was that game of telephone gone wrong, the Ukraine Uproar. Now that the leftist-controlled House has started Schiff’s richly desired Impeachment process, the outcome is as foregone as a Harlem Globetrotter’s game.

All but a handful of Democrats will vote to impeach and no Republicans will support impeachment.

Then the process moves to the Senate and President Trump is looking forward to a trial because he hopes to give Schiff a heaping dose of his own medicine. As the president told the hosts of "Fox & Friends," “There’s only one person I want [testifying] more than 'Where’s Hunter?' and that is Adam Schiff.”

Schiff’s appearance before the Senate won’t be like his smear sessions on CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the Opposition Media. In the Senate Schiff will be under oath to tell the truth or suffer the consequences.

Fox also reports Trump “went on to say he also wants to hear from the ‘fake whistleblower,’ saying he and ‘everybody’ know the identity of the person whose complaint sparked Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry. Trump alleged the whistleblower filed a ‘false report’ on his July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“’I want the whistleblower, who put in a false report, to testify,’ Trump said, adding that he believes the individual ‘is a political operative.’”

Under oath and under questioning that doesn’t limit Republicans — like Schiff did in his Star Chamber hearings in the House — the public will learn if there was pre-complaint collusion with Schiff’s staff and the ‘whistleblower’ and coordination between the ‘whistleblower’ and ‘Call Me Lt. Col.’ Vindman.

Our prediction is Schiff knows exactly how dangerous his appearance as a witness would be to him and his false narrative. Which is why he will attempt to invent ‘Congressional Immunity’ that exempts him from testifying and additionally contend the ‘whistleblower’ should remain anonymous because… well just because.

We can hardly wait for the public trial. We only hope Curator of the Senate Mitch McConnell can find the backbone to call the witnesses the president wants.
