We never thought the day would come when we tell conservatives on Election Day that if they aren’t armed, they should be.
That’s the voting atmosphere the Left has created with a summer of burn, loot, murder and Antifa.
Even celebrity Leftists are becoming concerned about the situation they’ve encouraged.
As Greg Gutfeld observed, "They vote in the Democrats that excuse mayhem, then hire Trump voters to protect them from that stupid decision."
It’s a good idea.
Conservatives not rich enough to hire protection, need to take responsibility for their own safety.
We predict election night is going to be violent regardless of who wins, if a winner is even declared.
Plywood futures tell us all we need to know.
The Washington Examiner reports, "Anti-Trump organizations have sent alerts to their followers over the past few days promoting massive protests regardless of who wins or loses the White House.
"Cities and urban businesses around the country are bracing themselves for what is expected to be a raucous night on Tuesday, fearing that Trump wins a second term.
"If that's the case, anti-Trump activist groups are expected to lash out violently against law enforcement and destroy private property, similar to Inauguration Day in 2017."
Festive Fall decorations this year don’t feature bright lights and Santa Claus.
Store windows have gone natural: brown plywood sheets and chain gates. Lay–away looting is the modern way to snag gift merchandise shoppers may not be able to pay for initially.
And don’t blame Trump.
The violence will happen regardless of who wins.
If Trump wins the destruction will be days of rage. If Joe Biden wins the destruction will be celebratory. As ShutDownDC informs us, "We can’t anticipate exactly how Trump and his enablers will try to attack democracy (although we have been gaming out a number of different scenarios), but we know that the stakes are too high to sit on the sidelines and wait. That’s why we’re making plans to be in the streets before the polls even close, ready to adapt and respond to whatever comes our way."
This isn’t politics as has been traditionally practiced in the USA. It’s nihilism and mob rule.
The only bright spot is the rioters will be destroying their own cities and not metropolitan areas run by Republicans.
And we are quite serious that all the blame for violence belongs to the Democratic Party and the Left. Trump voters aren’t setting fires and attacking police. As Gutfeld points out, "The fact is, if Trump loses, his voters get on with their lives. But the left, they don't even take 'yes' for an answer. So what if they hear a 'no?' A longer, violent tantrum will ensue."
That’s why we are quite serious when we advise Trump voters and other law-abiding citizens to arm themselves and be prepared. We are going to learn what Election Day is like in a banana republic.
