Undercover videos released Tuesday and Monday by Project Veritas show a former operative linked to the Democratic National Committee discussing — in sometimes vulgar language — planting protesters to incite violence at Donald Trump rallies and bringing in citizens to commit widespread voter fraud.
"It doesn’t matter what the friggin' legal and ethics people say, we need to win this mother------," Scott Foval is heard saying in the video released on Monday.
The DNC told CNN Tuesday that Foval had been fired in the wake of the video.
"One of the things we do is we stage very authentic grass-roots protests right in their faces at their own events," Foval said later in the footage. "Like, we infiltrate."
Project Veritas is headed by conservative activist James O'Keefe. The group has long used undercover journalists in its efforts, including its 2009 probe of ACORN.
Foval was a subcontractor to Robert Creamer, founder of Democracy Partners, a consulting group hired by the DNC to work on Hillary Clinton's campaign.
Creamer told CNN Tuesday that his firm resigned the DNC account.
The husband of Illinois Rep. Jan Schakowsky, Creamer is a longtime Democratic operative who worked on both of President Barack Obama's campaigns.
In the Monday footage, Foval explained how "bird-dogging" is used to cause violence at Trump rallies.
"You put people in the line, at the front which means that they have to get there at 6 in the morning because they have to get in front at the rally — so that when Trump comes down the rope line, they're the ones asking him the question in front of the reporter, because they're pre-placed there.
"To funnel that kind of operation, you have to start back with people two weeks ahead of time and train them how to ask questions," Foval explained. "You have to train them to bird dog."
He added later: "Honestly, it is not hard to get some of these ---holes to pop off. It's a matter of showing up, you want to get into the rally, in a Planned Parenthood T-shirt. Or, 'Trump is a Nazi.'
"You can message to draw them out — and draw them out to punch you."
Foval also detailed how Democratic operatives "bird-dogged" a Trump rally in September in North Carolina, where a 69-year-old woman was supposedly assaulted by a Trump supporter.
However, Foval said he "trained" the woman.
"She was one of our activists," he said in the footage.
In Tuesday's video, Foval detailed how getting voters to drive individual cars to polling places was more effective in committing fraud versus arriving together on a bus.
" … It's one thing if all these people drive up in their personal cars," he said. "If there's a bus involved? That changes the dynamic.
"It's the legality, because you can prove conspiracy if there's a bus. If there are cars, it's much harder to prove."

Foval advocated getting individual rental cars from Used Car Auction, which has vehicles owned by other companies.
"Use shell companies," he continued. "Cars come from one company, the paychecks [to pay the voters] come from another.
"There's no bus involved, so you can't prove that it’s en masse, so it doesn't tip people off."
In the CNN report, Creamer told Drew Griffin that Foval was a "braggart" — adding that his comments on the undercover videos were "flat-out wrong."
DNC Interim Chair Donna Brazile told Griffin in a statement that "the practices described in video by this temporary regional subcontractor do not in any way comport with our longstanding policies on organizing events — and those statements and sentiments do not represent the values that the committee holds dear.
"We do not believe or have any evidence to suggest that the activities articulated in the video actually occurred."
Brazile's statement noted that O'Keefe was "a convicted criminal with a history of doctoring video to advance his ideological agenda."
In 2010, O'Keefe pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for breaking into the office of Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana. He was sentenced to probation, community service — and fined $1,500.
Five years earlier, Creamer pleaded guilty to tax violations and $2.3 million in bank fraud regarding his managing several public interest groups in the 1990s.
He served five months in prison in Indiana and spent 11 months under house arrest.
