President Trump on Thursday fired a shot across the bow at the University of California at Berkeley after a Breitbart news editor's scheduled speech on the campus was canceled.
Milo Yiannopoulos' speech was canceled amid violent protests, including fires and smashed windows.
However, Yiannopoulos said it was the police's decision to cancel the event.
"It was the police as far as I can tell who made the call to cancel the event," Yiannopoulos told Fox News host Sean Hannity.
Yiannopoulos is a 32-year-old right-wing provocateur and vocal supporter of President Donald Trump and a self-proclaimed internet troll whose comments have been criticized as racist, misogynist, anti-Muslim and white supremacist.
