President Donald Trump hit the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for upholding the injunction against his revised travel ban "at such a dangerous time in the history of our country."
He took to Twitter early Tuesday with his criticism of the ruling issued Monday.
He concluded the tweet with the initials "S.C.," likely a reference to the Supreme Court. Trump's team has filed emergency applications with the court seeking to block the lower court rulings that went against his March 6 order barring entry for people from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen for 90 days while the U.S. government implements stricter visa screening.
