Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., is meeting with President Donald Trump on Tuesday as Republican leaders try to solidify support for the GOP healthcare bill.
The Hill said Paul has been a vocal critic of the health bill.
"On the current bill, I'm not voting to get on it unless it changes before we get to it," he told reporters.
Passing the bill before Congress goes on its August recess is a top priority for Trump and Republican leadership in the Senate, The Washington Times reported
Republicans, who hold a 52-48 majority in the Senate, can suffer two defections and still pass the bill, the newspaper noted.
