President Donald Trump will defeat Democrat challenger Joe Biden in Pennsylvania but will likely be a victim of voter fraud, Trafalgar Group founder Robert Cahaly told Fox’s “Hannity” over the weekend.

Trafalgar was one of the few polls that accurately predicted Trump’s shocking victory four years ago and is again one of the few surveys that has produced pro-Trump results in key states this time around.

According to the latest Trafalgar poll, Trump is up on Biden by two points in Pennsylvania, but Cahaly explained that Trump has to win Pennsylvania “by four or five to overtake the voter fraud that will happen there. It’s very systematic in Pennsylvania.” He said that is the margin the president “needs in Pennsylvania to survive.”

When Hannity followed that statement with, “You are saying that he will win, but they will steal it?” Cahaly reiterated that that is what he means, adding that, “I am saying he better win by 4% or 5% to make sure he gets victory there. That is the margin he needs to avoid what they will systematically do.”

Cahaly, however, did not offer any evidence of voter fraud.
