Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry has been criticized for sometimes-incendiary remarks about policy. But the Texas governor has no intention of changing his style, Perry’s aides say, according to
Politico.
Indeed, the only adjustment they say they will make is to go after fellow front-runner Mitt Romney even harder. “We’re not going to change what we’re doing,” said Perry spokesman Mark Miner. “It’s a long race.”
After all, tenacity and perseverance have made Perry undefeated in elections and maybe the strongest governor in Texas history.
Already this week, Perry’s campaign has put out two videos blasting former Massachusetts Gov. Romney for his views on the federal government’s role in education and healthcare.
